ALPHA Gold members train for a Marathon or Half Marathon The RYT Way© combining the three disciplines of Running, Yoga and Track to maximize each participant's experience by emphasizing three key elements of optimal marathon performance: endurance, strength and speed.

ALPHA Silver members participate in Team ALPHA Endurance Run Saturdays at Griffith Park with their pace groups and are instructed by the coaches on how to maintain their fitness level during the week on their own. (Generally at least two :30 to :45 minute runs a week in addition to the long endurance run on Saturdays.
*Prices do not include race fees and will automatically be charged to the participants credit or debit card monthly on the anniversary of initial registration date until which time as said participant submits a written request to freeze or cancel his/her membership. Cancellation or Freeze requests MUST be received in writing via firstname.lastname@example.org
no less than two weeks prior to member anniversary date to avoid one month penalty fee. Months cannot be prorated and a full months fee will be accessed if registering any time after the first of each month through the first of the following month.
